Job summary

CPS Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager for its polymer manufacturing facility in Florida. You will direct the quality program, manage QC technicians, and apply SPC/SQC methods with lab instrumentation to ensure product conformance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and at least 5 years in chemical manufacturing, with ISO, SAP/ERP knowledge and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent with related experience.
• Minimum 5 years in chemical manufacturing or process environments.
• Familiarity with coatings and composites process chemistry and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct the quality program and QC team at a resin manufacturing plant.
• Lead ISO compliance, audits, corrective actions and quality reporting.
• Drive cost management, lab SOPs, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production on process questions and training needs.
• Oversee SPC/SQC implementation and customer complaint resolution.
