Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC seeks a quality assurance leader to manage QA activities across metal fabrication, including systems, inspections, audits, root-cause analysis, and CAPA. You will collaborate with production and engineering to reduce defects and improve processes, ensuring compliance with customer and industry standards.

The role requires deep knowledge of inspection methods, ISO 9001 lineage, Lean/Six Sigma, and strong leadership and communication abilities in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of dimensional inspection, weld inspection, blueprints, and weld symbols.
• Experience with AWS welding standards and customer specifications.
• Skilled in root-cause analysis, CAPA, quality metrics, and ERP/QMS systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
