Job summary

Ajulia Executive Search is seeking a Quality Manager for a steel fabrication facility in Louisiana. The role leads the quality control team, maintains certifications, and drives continuous improvement in processes, safety, and product reliability.

You will develop quality systems, supervise QC inspectors across shifts, analyze tests, and manage corrective actions. Strong experience with ISO/AISC audits and AWS D1.1 is required; AWS CWI and ASNT Level II are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 4 years of quality management in steel fabrication.
• AWS Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) certification (current or previous).
• ASNT SNT-TC-1A Level II certification in ultrasonic and magnetic particle inspection.
• Experience with ISO or AISC audits/certifications.
• Strong knowledge of AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Code.
