Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Engineering or Business; MBA a plus.
• Experience implementing and sustaining ISO systems.
• Master Black Belt/Green Belt or higher preferred."
• Familiar with CI tools related to Quality, FMEA, PPAP, Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Function for the manufacturing plant.
• Develop/build/sustain the QMS to meet specs.
• Drive quality metrics for the plant.
• Lead Quality Engineers and staff on key initiatives.
• Drive CI efforts for quality improvements.
• Serve as Chief Problem Solver for CAPAs.
• Manage quality processes, procedures, and policies.
• Utilize FMEAs.
• Conduct daily quality audits.
• Ensure supplier quality with proper corrective actions.
