Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager for a growing Bucks County manufacturing company. You will provide strategic and operational leadership for quality function and the QMS to ensure product integrity and regulatory compliance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, supervise quality personnel, and oversee ISO 9001 compliance, with five days on-site. Candidates have a Bachelor's in Engineering and 4+ years in manufacturing quality, knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 4+ years of quality experience in manufacturing, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, quality reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Quality department, mentoring and developing quality personnel.
• Oversee the Quality Management System and ensure ISO 9001 compliance and customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, rework, complaints, and cost of quality.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Monitor quality metrics, production trends, and audit results to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to improve processes and product quality.
• Support customer and supplier quality initiatives, audits, corrective actions, and issue resolution.
• Ensure documentation, inspection processes, and quality procedures are maintained and followed.
• Participate in new product introductions, quality planning, and manufacturing readiness.

A growing manufacturing organization in Bucks County, PA is seeking a Quality Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for its quality function as well as the Quality Management System (QMS). This role is responsible for developing and sustaining quality programs that support product integrity, process control, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

The Quality Manager will lead initiatives to reduce defects, improve first-pass yield, minimize manufacturing variation, and lower the Cost of Poor Quality. Working cross functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, this individual will resolve quality issues, strengthen business processes, and ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.

The role also includes leadership, coaching, and development of quality personnel.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required
• 4+ years of quality experience within a manufacturing environment, including prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Lean Manufacturing principles is highly preferred
• Experience with ERP systems, quality reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.

Working Situation:

This is five days on-site.
