Job summary

ACS Manufacturing LLC seeks a QA Manager to lead the site Quality Assurance function and drive the effectiveness of the QMS across products, processes, inspections, and records. You will coordinate with departments and other ACS locations to ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards.

The role provides day-to-day leadership to QA personnel, supports production and customer needs, and drives timely investigations and resolutions of quality concerns.

Qualifications

• At least three years of quality assurance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading QA teams and coordinating cross-functional partners.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and QA documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Quality Inspector team; establish expectations and monitor results.
• Maintain and improve quality procedures, standards, specifications, forms, and records.
• Investigate quality issues and drive corrective actions with Manufacturing and Engineering.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, UL, Intertek and similar certifications.
• Monitor internal processes and publish timely quality reports.
