Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or equivalent are highly desired.
• Quality report creation/writing experience is a must.
• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality or continuous improvement.
• Must be able to read blueprints and part drawings.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry-specific quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS), processes, and procedures across the company.
• Perform visual and mechanical inspection/audits of product and raw materials.
• Lead audits to ensure correct/documentation and execution.
• Support RMA process and investigate customer complaints to prevent recurrence.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
• Design and deliver training on quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to address issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials meet quality requirements.
• Maintain quality records and prepare reports on quality performance for senior management.
