Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams.
• Safety-focused mindset with proactive risk management.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Lead cross-functional engineering projects from concept to execution.
• Manage schedules, resources, and budgets to deliver results.
• Mentor and develop a team of manufacturing engineers.
• Ensure processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive cost reduction and throughput improvements using data analytics.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, R&D, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams
