You will partner with production, engineering, and operations to prevent defects, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen customer satisfaction. This hands-on leader will focus on root-cause problem solving, employee engagement, and sustainable process improvements to elevate quality performance and meet customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business or related field (equivalent combo of education & experience).
• 4+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience maintaining and improving QMS (ISO 9001).
• Experience leading corrective actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency with quality tools and reporting; strong cross‑department collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Quality team with priorities, expectations, and department goals.
• Define, monitor, and achieve quality objectives aligned with company goals and customer requirements.
• Maintain ISO 9001 QMS, including internal audits, management reviews, corrective actions, and certification activities.
• Manage nonconformances, deviations, corrective actions, and root cause investigations.
• Spend time on the shop floor supporting production, verifying process compliance, and preventing defects.
