Job summary

Cadrex is seeking a Quality Manager to identify quality issues, implement reporting processes, and drive improvements across manufacturing operations. You will define high-value projects and manage them to completion, ensuring product quality from development through production.

The role requires 5+ years in high-volume manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, CQE or ISO 9001 auditing experience, and the ability to read blueprints and use statistical tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret prints and work orders.
• Ability to use statistical tools and performance measuring system analysis methods.
• Experience in a sheet metal manufacturing environment; LEAN Six Sigma, Green Belt, CQE and ISO 9001 auditing preferred.
• Blueprint reading certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality assurance programs to identify critical control points and preventive measures.
• Contribute information, data, reports and trend patterns to strategic plans and reviews for analysis and improvements.
• Lead internal and external CAPA activities.
• Validate quality process specifications and measures; review non-conforming logs and update procedures.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Development to ensure product quality.
• Promote company-wide quality improvement efforts and participate in NPIs and changes.
