Job summary

Weasler Engineering Inc. is looking for a Quality Manager in West Bend, Wisconsin. The Quality Manager will lead the quality function in a machining and assembly plant while ensuring the quality management system meets customer requirements. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and significant experience in manufacturing and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably ISO 9001.
• 3-5 years in a leadership/management role preferred.
• Black or Green belt training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain plant quality system and maintain all quality documents.
• Manage the corrective action process using 8D problem-solving techniques.
• Monitor supplier qualification processes and perform regular audits.
• Lead technical meetings and establish quality communication strategies.
• Manage department financials and cost improvements.
