Job summary

Weasler Engineering in West Bend, Wisconsin is seeking a Quality Manager to ensure the quality management system meets customer requirements. This role involves leading the quality function at a machining and assembly plant while supporting Lean Manufacturing principles.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, at least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, and strong leadership skills. Comprehensive benefits offered for positions of 30 hours or more per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related field is required.
• Five years of experience in a manufacturing/ISO 9001 environment.
• Three to five years of experience in a leadership/management role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain plant quality system and document quality processes.
• Manage the corrective action process using 8D and customer audits.
• Oversee supplier qualification process through regular audits.
