Job summary

Weasler Engineering Inc is looking for a passionate Quality Manager to join our leadership team in West Bend, Wisconsin. The role focuses on ensuring compliance and enhancing our quality management systems in manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering, overall experience in manufacturing, and strong skills in Lean Manufacturing principles. You will lead quality functions, manage audits, suppliers, and interdepartmental projects effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing/ISO 9001 environment.
• 3-5 years in a leadership/management position preferred.
• Black or Green belt training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the plant quality system and manage documentation.
• Lead the corrective action process using 8D problem solving.
• Manage the supplier qualification and monitoring process.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams on quality issues.
• Develop quality goals in alignment with business strategies.
• Establish communication strategy for quality improvement.
