Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) required.
• 2+ years of quality engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record leading continuous improvement projects with measurable results.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives to drive process capability, reduce scrap, and improve first-pass yield.
• Applies Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, SPC, capability studies) to solve complex quality problems and reduce variation.
• Leads root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) for internal and customer quality issues.
• Partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive quality improvements upstream and downstream.
• Mentors junior engineers and champions a culture of continuous improvement across the plant.
• Supports new product introduction (NPI) and process validation activities.
• Owns and reports on quality KPIs, presenting performance and improvement plans to leadership.
• Drives standardization of quality systems, procedures, and best practices across the operation.
