Job summary

Westfall Technik, LLC is seeking a Quality Manager to develop, implement, and maintain our Quality Management Strategy across a manufacturing environment. You will lead ISO/SQF audits, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with engineering and production teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of quality leadership in plastics/manufacturing, plus ISO 9001/13485 Lead Auditor credentials and Lean Six Sigma experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or related field is required.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive quality mgmt in manufacturing environments.
• Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 13485; SQF/HACCP training desirable.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and QMS tools.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and leadership abilities.
• Lean Six Sigma green/black belt experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System strategy.
• Lead ISO and SQF audits and manage related documentation and teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, CAPA, and cross-functional regulatory compliance.
• Oversee quality programs from design through production in new projects.
