Pasona Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function in its manufacturing operations in Ohio. The role centers on strengthening product quality, reducing defects and scrap, and ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The incumbent will serve as the Management Representative for ISO 9001:2015 and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and other departments to drive Continuous Improvement across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent Quality Engineer training.
• 3-5+ years of Quality Assurance / Quality Management experience
• 3-5+ years of management experience
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and processes
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015, QMS, audits, CAPA, and root cause analysis
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the Quality team, including Quality Engineers, technicians, and other quality staff
• Maintain and continuously improve the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
• Lead internal and external audits, calibration activities, and document control
• Oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and root cause analysis
• Drive initiatives to reduce scrap, defects, and customer quality issues
• Review manufacturing processes using 4M methodology (Man, Machine, Material, Method) and identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain quality, audit, calibration, and defect-related records
• Partner cross-functionally to achieve quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction objectives
• Train and develop team members while promoting a culture of continuous improvement
• Support an organized, safe, and efficient manufacturing environment

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function for a well-established manufacturing organization.

This is a key leadership role responsible for the overall effectiveness and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), with a strong focus on product quality, defect and scrap reduction, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.

The Quality Manager will also serve as the Management Representative for ISO 9001:2015 certification and work cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, and other departments to drive quality improvements throughout the organization.
