Westfall Technik, Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to develop and maintain the Quality Management System across our manufacturing sites in the USA.

The role leads ISO and SQF initiatives, drives continuous improvement, and ensures regulatory compliance while partnering with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of quality leadership in plastics/manufacturing, strong auditing credentials, and proficiency with ERP/QMS tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality discipline, master’s a plus.
• 5–7 years of progressive quality management experience in manufacturing.
• Lead Auditor certifications for ISO 9001, ISO 13485; SQF and HACCP training desirable.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and QMS tools; strong Office skills.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience (Green/Black belt) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management and Control Strategy.
• Serve as site Management Representative for ISO and other certifications (SQF).
• Lead continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and CAPA processes.
• Coordinate quality activities in new product introductions and engineering projects.
• Report KPIs to executive leadership and supervise cross-functional teams.
