Job summary

Premier PV is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the site Quality organization and drive the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. The role ensures ISO 9001 compliance, meets customer expectations, adheres to regulatory standards, and supports operational excellence across the facility.

The ideal candidate will direct quality teams, develop strategic quality initiatives, and partner with operations to improve product quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing quality teams.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience leading internal and external audits and regulatory compliance activities.
• Demonstrated success in continuous improvement and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site Quality function including supervisors, analysts, and inspectors.
• Maintain and improve the QMS in line with ISO 9001.
• Set site quality objectives, metrics and strategic initiatives.
• Drive corrective and preventive action programs to improve quality.
• Lead audits for internal, external, customer, and certification purposes.
• Oversee nonconformance management, root cause investigations, and corrective action effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to drive quality improvements.
