Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on our Energy and Infrastructure projects nationwide. You will develop QA/QC plans, coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors, and ensure work meets specifications, codes and safety standards.

Requires 5–10 years in industrial or water treatment QA/QC, a relevant engineering degree or equivalent, and travel about 25%.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 4 years of technical education/QA experience.
5–10 years of QA/QC in industrial or water treatment construction.
Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
Knowledge of construction codes, standards, and inspection processes; experience with Cast‑in‑Place concrete and MEP systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement QA/QC plans for assigned projects.
Conduct site inspections and verify compliance with specs and codes.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors on quality standards.
Manage documentation of inspections, testing, and corrective actions.
Lead quality meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Assist in training project teams on QA/QC best practices.
