ARCO a Family of Construction Companies is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control for mission-critical data center projects. You will drive quality plans, inspections, and audits while coordinating with project teams and documenting outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/QC for mission-critical construction.
• Direct data center or highly technical project experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific quality management plans.
• Establish inspection and testing procedures aligned with owner standards.
• Perform regular site inspections for compliance.
• Coordinate with teams to track and close quality issues.
• Lead quality audits across trades, especially MEP.
• Maintain detailed quality documentation and reporting.
• Train teams on quality expectations and act as the quality authority.
