Job summary

ARCO National Holdings seeks a Field Quality Manager to drive project performance from day one. You will lead trade partner coordination, inspections, and QC/QA oversight on construction sites nationwide.

This role requires a BS in engineering/architecture/construction management and NICET Level III or equivalent; you will ensure compliance with the Quality Control Plan, manage subcontractors, and coordinate cross-disciplinary support from engineering, safety, and administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with 3+ years field experience.
• Active NICET Construction Materials Technician Level III certification or a related degree with 5+ years construction experience.
• Ability to administer contract requirements and enforce the QCP.
• Strong cross-disciplinary coordination across teams.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and Procore for field data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site inspections and resolve issues with Trade Partners through to final acceptance.
• Review submittals for project-specific compliance with the QCP.
• Coordinate technical advice from engineering, admin, safety, and inspection services.
• Manage third-party testing firms and coordinate field inspection events.
• Draft project communications and manage closeout documents.
