ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking a Quality Manager for the Energy and Infrastructure team in Downers Grove, IL. You will develop QA/QC plans, lead inspections, and ensure project teams meet quality standards across multiple sites nationwide.

The role requires 5–10 years in QA/QC for industrial or water treatment construction, strong knowledge of codes, and travel about 25% to project sites. Proficiency with Procore and related tools is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 4 years of technical QA/QC experience
• 5–10 years QA/QC in industrial or water treatment construction
• Willingness to travel to project sites ~25%
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards and inspection processes
• Experience with Cast-in-Place concrete and MEP systems

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans for assigned projects
• Conduct site inspections and verify compliance with specifications and codes
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors on quality standards
• Manage documentation of inspections, testing, and corrective actions
• Lead quality-related meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements
• Assist in training project teams on QA/QC best practices
• Act as bridge between design and construction teams; coordinate system design and installation
• Serve as technical engineering resource for the project team
• Convey information to onsite superintendents and subcontractors clearly
