The Quality Manager III leads the organization’s total quality function and drives internal, supplier, and customer quality processes while championing ZEBS, Lean Six Sigma, and Quality Management principles to pursue zero defects and world-class processes.

Qualifications

• BS in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering required.
• 6+ years of proven experience implementing and/or improving quality systems.
• 2+ years of supplier quality experience; International experience a plus.
• Experience leading an ISO 9001/QMS in a high-mix operation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, manage and maintain the quality system and regulatory compliance.
• Drive company-wide quality procedures to support world-class execution.
• Lead Six Sigma/Lean initiatives to improve quality and reduce COPQ.
• Grow supplier quality across domestic and international vendors.
• Coordinate PPAP activities with NPD/VA-VE/Sourcing and Suppliers.
