Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Quality Manager III to oversee the organization’s total quality function, drive continuous improvement, and lead cross‑site quality initiatives. You will champion quality standards and align activities with ZEBS and Lean Six Sigma principles across seven sites.

The role requires travel and leadership of a diverse team to ensure supplier and product quality from development through launch, with a focus on defect reduction and process capability

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven experience implementing and managing quality systems and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple sites.
• Lead the quality organization to ensure consistent implementation and compliance with standards.
• Drive supplier, internal, and customer quality initiatives and ensure CAPA closure.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and Sourcing to meet quality requirements for new products and changes.
• Lead audits (internal, customer, third‑party) and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Develop metrics, scorecards, and dashboards to monitor quality performance.
