Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the entire Quality Management System across the Intellihot platform. You will drive continuous improvement, manage CAPA, and lead quality assurance teams in design, sourcing, manufacturing and service processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality, 5–10 years in Quality with 5+ years in leadership, and experience with ISO 9001, lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 5-10 years of progressive experience in Quality, 5+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the QMS to support quality and lean manufacturing.
• Lead cross-functional quality initiatives to improve compliance and productivity.
• Serve as primary contact for regulatory inspections and audits.
• Implement CAPA processes and manage customer complaints.
• Develop and maintain inspection procedures and sampling plans.
