Qualifications
4–10 years of manufacturing experience in the metalworking/automotive industry.
5–10 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
Experience with AIAG requirements, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA (GR&R).
Metrology background required.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all employees in the Quality department.
Develop and monitor quality metrics for continual improvement.
Serve as a key customer liaison addressing quality issues.
Ensure timely completion of NCRs, SPC, and internal audits.
Support supplier quality management and training programs.
