This role demands strong project management and technical skills, alongside substantial experience in the manufacturing sector. Key responsibilities include managing the Quality department, developing quality metrics, and serving as a customer liaison. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 4-10 years of relevant experience are required, along with proficiency in ERP systems and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of manufacturing experience in the metalworking/automotive industry.
• 5–10 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
• Experience with AIAG requirements, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA (GR&R).
• Metrology background required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all employees in the Quality department.
• Develop and monitor quality metrics for continual improvement.
• Serve as a key customer liaison addressing quality issues.
• Ensure timely completion of NCRs, SPC, and internal audits.
• Support supplier quality management and training programs.
