Job summary

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct the Quality Department to meet internal and external quality expectations.
• Collaborate with Engineering on advanced quality planning for future programs.
• Supervise Quality Engineers and Quality Technicians.
• Manage the Quality Reporting system.
• Serve as Management Representative for Quality/BOS and manage IATF 16949 audits.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015.
• Manage supplier base for purchased and bailed components.
• Support safety, environmental and sustainability objectives.
• Ensure calibration on all gauges.
• Develop individual development plans for Quality Department members.
• Review customer specifications and daily scoreboards.
• Review Customer Specific Requirements.
• Assign and maintain designated people list to manage sample part cage.
