Qualifications

• Three years of experience in managing quality control operations.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass government background and security checks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure services are performed to government customer standards.
• Develop procedures to identify and prevent occurrences of defective services.
• Develop and oversee procedures to remediate and prevent locations where quality is not met.
• Analyze quality data and recommend changes to the Program Manager.
• Manage corrective action requests and error transmittal reports for timely resolution.
• Coordinate quality performance and customer service issues with government personnel and the Program Manager.
• Provide guidance, training, and implementation of the Contractor's Quality Control Program onsite.
