Job summary

CADREX Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Quality Manager to identify quality issues, implement reporting, and drive improvements across manufacturing operations. You will define and prioritize high-value quality projects and lead them to completion, collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Development teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), Lean Six Sigma knowledge, and experience in high-volume sheet metal environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing, preferably sheet metal.
• Lean Six Sigma and CQE or ISO 9000 auditing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify quality issues and gaps and implement reporting processes.
• Lead CAPA activities and preventive actions across functions.
• Audit manufacturing processes and ensure quality documentation.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Development teams to improve product quality.
• Engage with customers and suppliers to resolve quality concerns.
