Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a senior leader to head the site Quality function in a high-stakes aerospace/defense environment. You will define strategy, metrics, and drive continuous improvement across AS9100 and ISO 9001, while coordinating audits with customers, government bodies, and suppliers.

You will oversee root cause analysis, CAPAs, and risk decisions, lead audits, and deliver regular executive reports on quality performance and initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in aerospace or defense programs.
• Strong expertise in aerospace Quality Management Systems (AS9100, ISO 9001, AS9102).
• Proven leadership in quality engineering, manufacturing, or design.
• Experience leading teams and managing supervisors or technical staff.

• Deliver executive-level reporting on quality metrics, risks, and improvement initiatives.

What you need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in aerospace or defense programs
• Strong expertise in aerospace Quality Management Systems (AS9100, ISO 9001, AS9102)
• Proven leadership in quality engineering, manufacturing, or design
• Experience leading teams and managing supervisors or technical staff
• Deep knowledge of root cause analysis, statistical process control, and quality tools
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and statements of work – required
• Experience in electronics or high-reliability manufacturing environments is highly preferred
• Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a "US Citizen".

Salary Range:

$96,600.00-$128,800.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
