Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager – Lead Quality for Mission‑Critical Technologies. In this role you will guide quality initiatives for energy, aerospace, and defense technologies, shaping processes that ensure reliability and regulatory compliance across critical missions.

You will lead a team of quality professionals, develop comprehensive plans, and collaborate with engineering and operations to implement improvements that drive excellence and strong

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (required).
  • 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination (required).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (required).
  • Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or technical environment (required).
  • Knowledge of ISO, AS9100, Lean, or Six Sigma principles (advantage).

  • Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure products meet company and customer standards.
  • Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and improvements.
  • Oversee audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Validate quality processes, documentation, and performance metrics.

  • Manage and coach quality team members, ensuring accountability and growth.
  • Prepare and analyze quality documentation, reports, and trends.
  • Support compliance with safety, regulatory, and import/export requirements.
  • Stay current on quality trends and best practices.

Salary Range

$114,800.00-$153,100.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
