Jobot is seeking a Quality Manager to lead ISO 9001 and ITAR compliance in a hands-on, floor-focused role at our Chicago facility. You will own quality systems, drive KPIs, and work closely with operations leadership to meet customer requirements and certifications.
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in quality management, experience with metals/CNC stamping, and a proactive, communicative style. Anodizing/metal finishing experience is a big plus; degree is helpful but not required.
Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
Third-generation, family-owned metal finishing and anodizing company operating for over 75 years. 65,000+ sq. ft. facility features multiple anodizing lines, bright dip tanks, polishing systems, laser marking, robotic finishing, warehousing, packing, and material handling, all under one roof serving automotive, aerospace, defense, medical, tool storage, and other precision-driven industries. The company recently expanded its operations and is investing in new certifications to support growing demand in aerospace and medical markets.
