Movement Search & Delivery is conducting a search for a Quality Manager for a global supplier of industrial components. This direct-hire position is located in Bedford, PA.

The Quality Manager will oversee daily operations of the Quality Department, manage ISO 9001 compliance, and ensure staff training in quality standards. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Quality Engineering.
• Experience in the manufacturing environment with highly engineered components is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage and directs the daily activities of the Quality Department.
• Coordinate ISO 9001, maintain registration and execute responsibilities in accordance with ISO 9001.
• Oversee the preparation of FMEA, control plans and instruction sheets.
• Ensure staff is trained in quality policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Issue debits for Vendors Quality concerns through Quality Dept. sign-off.
• Maintain and report monthly Quality Metrics to Executive Management.
• Monitor external customer Quality Issues and Corrective Action.

We are conducting a confidential search for a Quality Manager with a company that is a global supplier of industrial components to the agricultural, commercial vehicle, and military markets. This is a direct-hire position and it is located around Bedford, PA.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and directs the daily activities of the Quality Department Studies, recommends for approval and implements Quality policies, procedures and required documentation
• Coordinate ISO 9001, maintains registration and executes all job responsibilities in accordance with ISO 9001
• Oversees the preparation of FMEA, control plans and instruction sheets
• Ensures staff is trained and knowledgeable in the areas of quality policies, procedures, safety, environmental standards and continuous improvement
• Issue debits for Vendors Quality concerns and issues through the Quality Dept. sign-off on customer’s debits and quality invoices
• Maintain and report out monthly to Executive Management on Quality Metrics
• Monitor external customer Quality Issues and Corrective Action

Target Qualifications

• Experience in the manufacturing environment with highly engineered components is a plus
