Job summary

Connect Search, LLC is seeking a Quality Manager with 10+ years of experience for a full-time, direct hire role. The position requires 20–30% travel and leads quality systems across multiple sites to ensure product quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate will oversee ISO 9001 certification, root-cause analysis, and audits, while coaching the quality team and coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or similar.
• 10+ years of quality management experience.
• Experience with steel, plastics, nylon, or similar materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Assure ISO 9001 certification.
• Identify potential risks with root-cause analysis and preventive actions; consult with outside agencies as needed.
• Support each worksite to maintain compliance with specifications, product quality, and safety requirements.
• Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings.
• Coach and develop the quality team through training and evaluations.

Job Title: Quality Manager

Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Salary Range: $135K-$175K + 15% Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards

• Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations
