Role Overview

The Quality Manager is responsible for leading the quality assurance and control functions within a heavy machinery manufacturing environment. This role ensures that all products meet customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement across production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO and industry standards.
• Oversee inspection, testing, and auditing processes for raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for quality issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are integrated throughout the manufacturing process.
• Manage supplier quality programs and conduct vendor audits.
• Prepare and analyze quality performance metrics; report findings to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance product reliability and reduce defects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements related to quality processes.
