Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Quality Management Systems (QMS) Manager for our Apex, NC site. You will develop, implement, and continuously improve the Pool QMS, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements while driving a culture of quality and process discipline.

Reporting to the Director of Quality-Pool, you will partner with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, governance, auditing, and metrics that improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, manufacturing, or related field.
• ASQ CQE/CQA/CMQ/OE preferred; strong ISO 9001 experience.
• 7+ years quality experience in manufacturing and 3+ years managing QMS.
• Experience leading ISO 9001 certification/maintenance.
• Proven in developing procedures, audits, CAPA, and governance.
• Strong root cause analysis and continuous improvement skills.
• Proficient with Excel/Power BI and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Quality Management System for Pentair Pools.
• Develop policies, manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
• Lead enterprise QMS implementation and maturity efforts.
• Establish governance for quality across functions.
• Drive CAPA, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Monitor KPI trends and report to leadership.
