• BS in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years manufacturing or quality assurance experience.
• Internship or co-op in manufacturing or quality environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support QA activities across manufacturing and product realization.
• Investigate product/process issues using structured problem-solving.
• Participate in root-cause analysis and CAPA activities.
• Design and implement fixtures, tooling, and gages to error-proof processes.
• Collect and report quality data and KPIs.
• Assist internal audits and QMS compliance.
• Maintain quality documentation and control plans.
• Review inspection/test data to identify trends.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain calibration and measurement system records.
