# Quality Management System Analyst (2866)Bridgeport, WV 26330## OverviewPosition TypeFull TimeJob Shift1st ShiftCategoryNon DOT - Safety Sensitive Position## Description**SUMMARY:** The Quality Management System Analyst plays a key role in the design, implementation, and administration of the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS). This role actively drives continuous improvement, rigorous regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. By bridging the gap between regulatory bodies, executive leadership, and highly specialized operational shops, the Quality Professional ensures unwavering safety, precision, and efficiency across all procedures.**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Processes + Supports the quality organization to ensure system processes are effective and aligned to the requirements of third-party quality standards. Conduct and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring strict alignment with AS9110C, AS9100, AS9120, 14 CFR Part 145, and EASA Part-145 regulations. + Has a deep understanding of ERP functions, processes, and ensures the interaction of all functional processes is continuously optimized. + Assist direct supervisor in coordinating updates to policies and practices and ensures they are flowed down to all functional personnel within quality department, and to other functions as needed. + Ensures QMS processes are properly maintained, including control of all documents in the QMS library. + Structure and validate operational procedures and training requirements for specialized maintenance processes, including Non-Destructive Testing (FPI/MPI), Clean Line operations, tooling calibration, and hazardous materials handling.* Analysis, Reporting and Auditing + Provides quality metrics, trends, and activities to improve cost, quality, and customer satisfaction. Monitor non-conformances, support the quality coordinator(s), provide periodic metrics to leadership so that decision making can be fact or data driven. + Assists with conducting analyses, identifying critical control points, and implementing preventive measures and verification procedures. Support the Safety Management System (SMS) integrated with AS9110C and Part 145 QMS. Oversee hazard identification, risk mitigation, and Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs). Foster a non-punitive safety culture that promotes proactive reporting and continuous education. + Supports the analysis of supplier performance metrics to recommend supplier approval/selection and sourcing decisions. Participates in and assists in coordinating annual internal and third-party audits. + Reviews analytical reports from ERP system to ensure team efficiencies are being met and suggest areas that can be optimized or improved. Contributes to a quality culture of root cause analysis and corrective action to prevent future escapes and continuously improve the QMS and overall customer satisfaction. Reports on QMS performance, identifying any needs for improvement. + Analyze operational performance tracking models to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and identify areas for improvement. + Lead internal, external, and supplier audits (including Stage 1 and Stage 2 AS-series audits), drafting formal audit reports, mandating corrective actions, and issuing formal communications to approved suppliers.* Compliance and Continuous Improvement + Works closely with quality leaders and other functional leaders to ensure both customer and company requirements are met or exceeded. + Conduct regulatory appointments, draft formal assignment letters and act as a compliance liaison for key organizational roles (Accountable Manager, Chief Inspector, Contracted NDT Level III, Shop Supervisor, etc.). + Lead critical quality events such as Continuous Improvement, Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) events and implement robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to continuously enhance operational clarity and efficiency. + Other duties as assigned.## Qualifications**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:*** Bachelor's degree + OR an additional 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.* 5 years of data analysis in a field that requires strict adherence to data driven results.**PREFERRED** **REQUIREMENTS:*** Knowledge of quality assurance frameworks, specifically AS9110C, 14 CFR Part 145, 14 CFR Part 43, and EASA Part-145 standards.* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for building operational metric models, generating comprehensive audit checklists, and designing executive-level presentations.* Exceptional leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing complex schedules and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.* Strong analytical skills to interpret defect rates, COPQ, and translate raw operational data into actionable, systemic improvements.**OTHER:*** The selected applicant will be subject to a background check and drug testing.Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
