You will partner with leadership, supervisors, medical staff, and quality departments to monitor and enhance quality and safety of laboratory services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical laboratory experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years in quality, regulatory, technical, supervisory, or leadership roles.
• Experience with CAP, CLIA, AABB, Joint Commission, and CMS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the laboratory Quality Management Program with leadership and staff.
• Oversee quality indicators, occurrence management, competency programs, and document control.
• Review validation/verification activities and monitor proficiency testing performance.
• Lead inspection readiness and accreditation activities.
• Implement corrective actions and drive continuous process improvement.
• Provide analytical support through data collection, trending, and reporting to leadership.
