Job summary

Ritz Instrument Transformers USA in Lavonia, GA is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the QMS, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, ISO and UL standards, and to link strategic quality direction with shop-floor execution.

You will lead quality staff, drive adherence, support continuous improvement, coordinate with production, engineering, and suppliers, and report on key metrics while training personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 preferred).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment."
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of the QMS and compliance with procedures and standards.
• Lead quality staff, ensure audit readiness and documentation control.
• Coordinate with production, engineering and suppliers to improve process capability and reduce defects.
• Track key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
