Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Quality Manager to lead QA and process improvement at the Tampa facility. You will drive the Quality Management System, coordinate ISO-9000 activities, and champion cross-functional collaboration with production, engineering and CI teams.

You will mentor staff, implement statistical methods, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all value streams. A strong leader with hands-on execution is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality, engineering or manufacturing fields.
• 5+ years leading quality improvement initiatives.
• Experience with ISO-9000/9001 deployment and quality systems.
• Strong statistical analysis, auditing and process control skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA and process improvement for all Tampa operations.
• Develop and maintain a Quality Management System and dashboard.
• Coordinate ISO-9000 certification activities and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean six sigma tools.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet quality targets and safety standards.
• Provide mentoring and training on quality tools and methods.
• Collaborate with site management, CI, production and engineering.
