Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing oriented disciplines.
• A track record of leading quality improvement initiatives and driving change.
• Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 or ISO-9000 quality management systems.
• Demonstrated proficiency in quality analytics, auditing, and process control.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and champion Quality Assurance and Process Improvement at Tampa PIUS operations.
• Develop and manage a Quality Management System and ISO-9000 certification efforts.
• Establish a Quality Dashboard and report performance to stakeholders.
• Supervise the Quality Team and ensure safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean, six sigma, SPC, 5 Why, and COPQ methods.
• Collaborate with site management, production, and engineering to meet targets.
