RTX is seeking a Quality Management System Co-Op in Minnesota to gain hands-on experience maintaining and improving our QMS. This onsite opportunity offers involvement in audits, compliance, and documentation across cross-functional teams.

You will assist in audits, support RCCA activities, and help implement AS13100 standards while building training materials and quality processes for real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree and enrolled through the duration of the co-op.
• Experience with basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Assist in QMS audits and special process audits, including preparatory audits and follow-up actions.
• Participate as observer in third-party audits.
• Support implementation of AS13100 standards and assist with procedure development.
• Prepare and maintain Quality systems documentation, processes, and training materials.
• Contribute to RCCA activities, including data management and corrective action follow-ups.
• Support QAT activities such as human factor investigations and floor walks.
• Help develop systems to manage document reviews, ballot tracking, and local procedure alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
