RTX seeks a Production Quality Engineering Co-Op in Burnsville, MN, for a full-time, on-site program running June-December. This mentorship role focuses on production improvement, new product introduction, and failure analysis to sharpen engineering skills.

You will work on Lean manufacturing projects, learn root cause analysis (8D), supplier quality, and quality management systems while supporting continuous improvement and learning from experienced engineers.

Formación

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related STEM and enrolled through the internship.
• Must have a minimum of 60 credits by the start of the co-op session.
• Relocation may be available for this role if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Support production improvement and new product introduction projects.
• Conduct product failure analysis and corrective actions.
• Assist in managing and ensuring supplier quality.
• Help implement and maintain quality management systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools.
