PPG Quality is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Quality Liaison to support automotive manufacturing operations in West Point, Georgia. This role acts as a communication link between customer representatives and our operations team, monitoring quality concerns and maintaining accurate documentation.

You will prepare daily reports, coordinate timely responses to customer inquiries, and ensure quality procedures and customer guidelines are followed.

• Maintain detailed records of quality issues, corrective actions, and operational updates.
• Communicate customer expectations and quality requirements clearly to the operations team.
• Assist with coordinating timely responses to customer concerns.
• Follow established quality procedures, safety requirements, and customer-specific guidelines.
