PPG Quality in West Point, Georgia is seeking a professional Quality Liaison to support automotive manufacturing operations. You will serve as the key communication link between customer representatives and our operations team, monitor quality concerns, and prepare daily reports while maintaining accurate documentation.

This full-time role requires attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and daily reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Customer service oriented with clear communication to customers and operations.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently.
• Dependable, organized, and professional in a customer-facing environment.
• Previous automotive quality inspection or liaison experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary communication link between customer representatives and PPG Quality operations.
• Monitor, document, and communicate quality concerns and inspection findings.
• Prepare accurate daily reports using Excel and email.
• Maintain detailed records of quality issues, corrective actions, and updates.
• Communicate customer expectations and quality requirements clearly to operations.
• Assist with coordinating timely responses to customer concerns.
• Follow established quality procedures, safety requirements, and customer guidelines.
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail in all interactions.
