Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or quality management with 5+ years in OEM/contract manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawings, and inspection of machined/fabricated parts.
• Experience with core quality tools: FMEA, Control Plans, CAPA, SPC, MSA; internal audits.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Create and maintain SOPs, document control, workflows, CAPA processes.
• Establish KPI reporting for QA metrics and link to financial impact.
• Serve as primary quality interface with customers and suppliers; host audits and respond to CARs.
