Job summary

MissionHires is searching for a proactive Quality Manager to join our manufacturing client in Memphis, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will lead quality systems, drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and mentor the QA team to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in quality leadership within a manufacturing environment. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is also required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager or similar role.
• Demonstrated Lean expertise with certification.
• Proven track record of successful quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Assurance team to maintain and improve quality systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for audits and product quality issues.
