Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Quality Manager III to lead the organization’s total quality function and drive continuous improvement across seven sites, including initiatives for supplier and customer quality, CAPA, and audits. The role requires travel 25–50% domestically and internationally and will reside in Norcross, GA or Rockwall, TX.

Qualifications

• BS in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering required.
• Lean Six Sigma experience required; Green/Black Belt a plus.
• Experience leading ISO 9001/QMS in high-mix assembly operations.
• Strong leadership, presentation, project management, and communication skills.
• Data analysis using spreadsheets, Access, and/or Minitab to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead multi-site quality teams to ensure consistent quality management and engagement across sites.
• Drive quality standards and act as the voice of quality across the organization.
• Lead CAPA processes addressing internal, supplier, and customer quality issues.
• Support new product development, APQP/PPAP activities, and supplier qualification.
