Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 7–10 years in quality management with at least 3 in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial sector with precision components.
• Proven track record of quality improvements with measurable results.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or CQE preferred.
• Proficiency in quality management software and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement QA policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain the Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain ISO certifications and pursue new ones as needed.
• Lead internal audits and supplier quality programs.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain on corrective actions.
• Track quality metrics and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers on quality matters.
• Stay updated on RoHS, REACH, DFAR and related regulations.
• Prepare quality reports for senior management.
